The plugs are versatile and fit any hole.)Hard Case – black exterior, lined with emerald/forest green velvet on the inside (soft for the flute)Soft Case – The hard case fits into the soft case, which is black on the exterior. It has one, zipper pocket on the outside and one, adjustable strap. The interior is soft,white, and fluffy.Cleaning Cloth -This is a white, 100% cotton cloth for absorbing the moisture from the inside of the flute after each use.Buffing Cloth – This is a baby blue, 100% polyester cloth with small ridges for buffing the outside of the flute to remove body oils and return shine.Tuning Rod – The tuning rod is wooden so it will not scratch the inside of the flute like metal ones will. It has an opening to slide the corner of the cleaning cloth in to make absorbing moisture easier.Pad Paper – Raw Organic Hemp Paper is an excellent pad paper. This pack is opened and used, but most of the pack remains. Prior Use:I bought this flute as my intermediate-level flute after my first, Yamaha, beginner-level flute. It served as an excellent flute for me to progress my studies. I bought this flute new and have been its sole owner for eight years. I actively played it for the first, four years in high school, concert band; collegiate, symphonic band; and individual lessons. This flute has never been used in marching band, played outside, or set on the ground. I take great pride in this flute’s condition. I set it in my lap except for when I took the photos for Ebay. That is the only time this flute has been set on a hard surface, and I did so delicately and did not slide it across the surface. For the active years I played it, I had it professionally cleaned and examined once a year. It never needed repairs or tuning. It has not, however, been seen by a professional since 2020, nor has it been played. I did check to make sure the pads still seal, and they do. The cork in the head joint is also still in place/tuned. I have never had issues with this cork moving. I have slightly adjusted it once.As for wear and tear, this flute has minimal wear and tear. The areas under the bars and between the keys have some accumulated dirt and oil because I can not reach them with the buffing cloth, but it does not affect playing. I did my best to take photos of these areas. There are two, barely noticeable stains on both sides of the embouchure (the side towards the cork and the side towards the foot joint). I cannot buff these away. They are very light white in color, and I could not even get them to show in the photos. There are two more stains that are very light yellow in color located below the trill keys (the actual openings near the head joint) and to the left of the thumb key. Additionally,there is normal, wear-and-tear scratching, but nothing noticeable. I only used the professional cleaning service and the buffing cloth to clean this flute.Speaking of the cloths, the buffing cloth is still bright blue with very minimal, gray and tan stains. The cleaning cloth is dingy and stained. I saved my limited slots for photos for the flute, so I have no photo of its dinginess.It is mostly gray in the area that I used to clean the head joint, gray and tan on the four corners, and bright white in the middle. It was white, and it has seen its days of human saliva. One corner is ripped as well. The cleaning cloth is the low light of this ensemble.
