What we have offered here is One Obsolete, No longer Produced and Extremely Rare, Collectible Original FORD MOTORSPORT HEAVY DUTY DUFFEL BAG in Great Gently Used Condition acquired from a Saleen Autosport/General Tire Motorsport Pit Crew Race Team Member in the Past from the 1986 Race Season (38 years ago). This was something we originally acquired from a Saleen Autosport/General Tire Motorsport Race Team Member in person back in 1986 and has been in Our Private SaleenDream Collection stored in storage with other Collected Race Team/FORD MOTORSPORT Apparel Items all acquired in the past. This Style Original Ford Motorsport Heavy Duty Duffel Bag was issued to a few of the Saleen Autosport/General Tire Motorsport Race Team Members back in early 1986. We attended the Sears Point Race back in April of 1986 and watched the Races in person. The Saleen Autosport/GTM Race Team had Two Saleen Race Mustangs racing on the tracks those days and one of the Saleen R-Model Race Mustangs DNF & the other Race Car came in 3rd. This was something we spotted back then in the Race Pit area and inquired about it with a Pit Crew Member who ended up offering it to us at that time. It has never been used by us from when we acquired it long ago and to this day, we have never seen this Type/Style FORD MOTORSPORT Duffel Bag offered for sale through FM. Again we were told that a bunch of the different FORD MOTORSPORT Sponsored Race Teams (Race Team Members) back in 1985/1986 were issued these Bags from FM to Team Members. This is a Genuine Ford Motorsport Product, Original and Extremely Rare, collected from long ago. Not something you are likely to ever see offered again, anywhere especially in this size and type. For many years now this Now Vintage Ford Motorsport Heavy Duty Duffel Bag has been stored in a climate controlled storage with other Collected Race Team and FORD MOTORSPORT Apparel until offered here and now. This Ford Motorsport Heavy Duty Style Duffel Bag is made up of a durable material, which appears to be a type of Canvas and was built tough and made to last. This Ford Motorsport offered Duffel Bag features Off-White Coloration with Navy Blue Trim PVC colored Piping around the seams and has Navy Blue & White Colored Mid-line sewn on Straps and hand handles for a more durable attachment. This FORD MOTORSPORT Bag features a sewn on FM Logo on the front that appears to be reflective and the “Ford Oval Logo” and “Motorsport” appear raised and have a velvet like feel, behind the Logo is an outer bag pocket. This Bag is also lined with a durable water resistant like material from back in that time era. (All Posted Pictures here are of the actual bag offered). This Now Obsolete, No Longer Produced Ford Motorsport Duffel Bag is approximately 12″ W x 9.5″ T x 20.5″ L in size, not small by any means and again has a heavy duty feel to it.
